• The services provided are solely limited to consultation and providing homeopathic medication aimed at treating you. We do not undertake any surgical procedures / medical emergency / dental procedures / ophthalmological examination / investigation etc.
• Whenever required we shall advise you for investigations / expert opinion from medical practitioner aimed at providing you a holistic approach while treating you.
• The time we devote is irreversible; hence we choose to make the most of it in our relationship with you to understand your ailments and to heal you. Our team of highly qualified elite and experienced homeopathic medical professionals will work together with you to understand your issues and decide the best approach, with an objective to heal you. As all the individuals are different it is not possible to guarantee results towards the services provided but we assure you that we will do everything and more, within our capacity to achieve the same.
• We at VITANOVA Clinics look at a holistic approach, which is harmless for your body. Your objective may be diverse, but we will nevertheless look at each functioning in your body varying from the working of your eliminatory organs, blood circulation, gut health to your mind and emotions state, because we consider every system to be in connection that crafts an unique individual, thus every ailment within is an imbalance of the individual as a whole.
• Hence before starting the treatment, we take an intensive interview [case history] to understand your complaints, likes, dislikes, mental disposition, ailments, reactions to various stresses, sexual sphere etc., with an aim to get to understand you better and to individualize you, to make the best possible homeopathic prescription. The interview material is absolutely confidential, so be true to your doctor and disclose all that you have. Avoid giving false information, as it will affect our prescription.

• Purely to help us in your follow ups and also to educate fellow sufferers we would advise certain investigations or photograph the diseased parts, which could be used for medical, scientific research or educational purposes; your identity shall never be revealed by the pictures or by descriptive text accompanying them.
• You are requested to strictly follow the instructions of DO’S AND DON’TS provided by us during the first consultation for optimum results.
• Our treatments programs are tailored to be driven towards a repair process in-order to heal and not a temporary palliation of symptoms. This repair process can never be achieved over night, as we aim for a long-term healthy state of the individual. Hence all the services towards treatment of chronic diseases are tailored for a speculated treatment program of 6 months / 12 months / as recommended by the concerned doctor. During the treatment program the patient undergoes a predictive change within, which requires regular assessment and change in the remedy as and when the need arises.
• All payments made towards the treatment program, are onetime payments which are to be paid at the commencement of treatment by way of cash/cheque/card/transfer and are non -refundable and non -transferable.
• All payments toward the treatment should be cleared at the commencement of treatment or a minimum of 50% of the total amount to be paid at the commencement and the balance to be paid within 15 days of the commencement of treatment. If the same is defaulted, the treatment will be discontinued.
• No re-fund will be issued on unused / discontinued treatment program.
• The treatment program can be kept on hold for a maximum of 3 months after issuing a written request which has to state the reason for the same [applicable only in genuine cases and is up to the discretion of the doctor]
• Fees & Validity will be discussed with you before the treatment based on the treatment required
• All treatment fees are subjected to revision based on the company discretion.
• All offers [discounts and social considerations] toward treatment are to the discretion of the doctor.
